when is his liver going to give up?

Hello all. My mate - the 43 year old lush who won't confess it - with acloholic liver infirmity,
cirrosis, tumour and a unnatural reek on him rounded off be that as it may he showers because he itches like crazy.
Looks execrable, perfect pale-faced coloured, papery hull on legs , bruising, ice-distant frigid all the again.
It's a smashing day here in south Wales (UK) and there he is in a variety of layers, a huge big fleecy jacket
and wooly GLOVES!!! I'm in a sun-dress.

He is also no hope liquoring Guinness. He was out of asylum for a day and he's no hope on it.
He is staying with his pamper tonight and I've precisely oral to him on the phone and he is really dissentious,

That was 2 weeks ago. He's been draughting up to 5 pints of Guinness a day for settled a week.
